Buying a car has never been so stress free and actually enjoyable!
Right from the moment I rang to book a test drive they were open, honest and strived to make sure my experience was top quality.
Never pushy or sales orientated…They greeted me as a human and invited us to go on a test drive all on our own, without them even in the car…handed us the keys and said “have fun…” “what?, really?!”
It was nice that they truset us and left us to have space to make our own minds up.
They never tried to upsell or get me to spend more, What you saw was what you got and they even threw in an umbrella too!

I have had a few minor warning lights appear since driving off the forecourt and they have done everything in their power to rectify my issues,with no quarrels or haggling, free of charge. They gave us a free courtesy car to use for a day and even offered for my husband to use the managers office as he had to work whilst waiting.
They have gone above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers and each member of staff we have dealt with have always been knowledgeable, helpful and listen to us.

I also liked the little touches in the waiting area, where they had a variety of snacks and hot drinks available, also a little fridge fully stocked with pop and bottled water! (where do you even get that service nowerdays?!)

I would honestly advise anyone looking to buy a second hand car to go here first!
James, Tom and the team really do take pride in their jobs and made the whole experience a pleasure.
