My car was collected and repaired very quickly which was great. However my warranty didn’t cover a replacement battery and I was going to be charged £40. I complained about this and was very pleased that out of goodwill this charge was dropped. This certainly helps David Dexters to maintain the high reputation that you deservedly have.
