This little car is my lifeline and although 12yrs old I’ve always had it serviced regularly and this is the first time anything major has gone wrong with it! I was dreading the final bill but have to say very surprised at the cost. Although it needed an extra item replaced, that too was done at an excellent price and all was done quicker than I was initially told. The staff that I dealt with, Ben (who has a lovely manner and kept me informed) and the receptionist (sorry, don’t know her name) are both very good in-house staff to have. I will have no hesitation in recommending and also using myself should the need arise, which I sincerely hope it doesn’t!! – M, Bridgnorth
