Bridgnorth Music and Arts Festival diary date

Just in case you haven’t heard, Bridgnorth Music and Arts Festival will be taking place across the town for 10 days in August.

It’s a great event to get behind and we hope as many of you as possible will be turning out to support it between August 17 and 27.

So much effort goes into planning the Bridgnorth Music and Arts Festival each year and our staff here at David Dexters would like to pay tribute to all the organisers and volunteers who make it such a memorable event.

Without these people the Bridgnorth Music and Arts Festival simply would not happen – it’s pretty important to acknowledge that you good folk are also an integral part of making the event a rip-roaring success and we hope you’ll give it your support in the high numbers it deserves again this year.

We already know that Rainbreakers, Jack in a Box and St Jude the Obscure will be playing centre stage on August 26 and we recommend you keep your eye on the festival website as further acts are revealed. https://www.bridgnorthfestival.org.uk/

There will be a wide variety of music to listen to over the 10 days and a range of venues across the town, we even have outdoor cinemas and the chance to see Bridgnorth Arts Society’s Exhibition.

Bridgnorth Rugby Club will be hosting campers at their Edgar Davies Rugby Ground in Low Town where you can park up your caravan, campervan or motorhome – you can even pitch your tent there for the duration.

It promises to be a great event of music arts and film – particularly if the glorious weather we have been enjoying holds. So make a date in your diary and get along to see some marvellous entertainment. We’ll see you there.
