From Dawn on the phone making an appointment to the delivery ‘chaps’ who delivered the car back I was treated with the utmost courtesy and helpfulness. Originally there was to be a courtesy car, but when one was not available I was telephoned the day before and offered to have the car collected and delivered. During the morning I was again contacted this time to enquire whether I really did want to have the ATF in the gearbox changed – we agreed this was not necessary and so the final bill was less than the estimate. When I got the car back I noticed that it was considerably cleaner than it had been when I had last seen it – not a service I get from my local garage!
