Cannot praise them enough – everyone I spoke to went out of their way to help. My car had failed its MOT at another garage. That garage recommended Dexters as being the only local place that could fix it. Not only did they book it in and fix it within two days, at less than the estimated cost, but they were even kind enough to drop my car off at the first garage so that it could be retested! Such outstanding customer service makes me wish I had taken my car to Dexters for serving and MOTs over the last few years, instead of to the first one (Halfords) – which is only a 5 minute walk from where I live. It turns out that Dexters is actually less than a 15 minute walk away – Oh well, we live and learn. – V C, Bridgnorth
